On the nose it expresses very clear aromas of berries and sour cherries in alcohol. Cinnamon, tobacco, mint and tea leaves make up a very complex aromatic picture where each component alternates without prevailing over the others. In the mouth it is enveloping, with velvety tannins that give a creamy sensation. The alcoholic component is balanced by a fresh balsamic and savory mineral sensation. The finish is very long, typical of CastelGiocondo from great vintages.
