3 Fonteinen - MBCB bottling date: 11/09/2023 This bottle was presented to the Gold Ticket-holders of the Mikkeller Beer Celebration Bejing 2025. For this small batch of Druif, we macerated spent Gewürztraminer grapes from Domaine Jean Ginglinger in Pfaffenheim, Alsace, France, on old 3 Fonteinen lambik. The weighted average age of this blend is more than nineteen months upon bottling. All cereals we brewed with, were sourced with local Pajottenland farmers.
