The Cocus come from older vines on a more generous terroir which adds a higher complexity compared to the "Esprit Libre" cuvée. An aromatic framework dominated by white fruits such as pear, quince and rhubarb gradually unfolds in the glass. On the palate, a remarkable texture is underlined by a sharp minerality, offering an impressive length and richness of flavors.
