A wonderful Saint-Cloud vase by Lalique, designed in 1952 and showcasing the classic mid-century style of the Lalique workshops. The vase has a beautiful frosted satin body with clear glossy acanthus leaves flowing along each side, giving it a fantastic sculptural look. The contrast between the matte and polished surfaces makes the piece come alive when it catches the light. The base is engraved Lalique France. There is some glue residue from the original label, we haven’t cleaned it off, that is up to the buyer. The vase has no chips, cracks, or breaks. Overall a lovely condition.
