Time is part of the essence and personality of Celebris, contributing to the expression of the style of this exclusive cuvée. A blend of predominantly Chardonnays, which bring elegance and minerality. The Pinot Noirs provide fruitiness and structure. Bottled in late spring following the harvest. Aged in cellars for a minimum of 10 years. Moderate dosage to maintain the balance between freshness, fruitiness, and vinosity without masking the wine's character and purity.
