The shipment had already cleared customs and was awaiting the buyer's contact with the designated collection centre to arrange collection, as advised by Japan Post EMS. However, the buyer refused to proceed due to concerns about alleged legal action by Louis Vuitton, without providing any official documentation supporting this claim. He admits that he refused receipt because of his concerns. I fulfilled my shipping obligations and strongly dispute the misleading and damaging allegations made against my business.
