Just to clarify, we never blamed the buyer for the issue. From the start, we offered the standard solutions, including return or handling it through the manufacturer’s warranty.

The buyer wanted to go through his own route for the repair and asked for a partial refund, which doesn’t really make sense when there is a valid manufacturer warranty.

In the end, the watch was sent to the manufacturer, the issue was fixed under warranty, and everything was resolved.
