l'envoi était rapide et même si un des minéraux s'est cassé en deux dans le transport tout était très bien emballé et les pièces plus fragiles ont bien été protégées. je recommande ce vendeur.

There is nothing wrong here. Your shippment was professionally done. Double packed (box in box). There is no sign of breakage. Your specimen is still intact! So yes, therefore I decline.
That you complain 1 week later after receiving the package is kind of odd too don't you think? My longtime perfect customer feedback score speaks for itself. I always threat my customers professional and honest but no disloyal moneygrabbers like you, sorry.
