The clock comes from private collection. The case is made in the Vienna regulator style, with a well-proportioned architectural form, turned columns and carved decorative details. The wood has a warm, natural tone and shows honest age, without later alterations. The lower section retains its original brass pendulum decoration. The dial is original, with an enamel chapter ring and clear Arabic numerals, set in a gilt brass surround. The engraved centre and original hands are well preserved and match the period correctly. Inside is a spring-driven Gustav Becker movement, known for its solid construction and accuracy. It strikes the hours and half-hours. Serial number and markings are clear and consistent with the stated date. Condition Very good antique condition. Normal signs of age and use, no damage or missing parts.
