Art glass lamp with illuminated base. Possibly Murano glass, I am no expert, it appears dark red but illuminated from within bright red and Green. Above is a brass cap with thumb screws, surmounted by an E27 bulb holder. Within is a second smaller light fitting. The glass of the lamp is in perfect state. The electrics are old but serviceable. Overall, a lovely thing.
