Maria is an estate located in the heart of the Douro region, in the Cima Corgo, near the mouth of the River Torto, which has existed since 1868. After being in the hands of the Symington family, it was under the management of the Van Zeller family, in 1996, that the property regained its potential, maintaining its 10 hectares of old vines. Since then, and as a result of much dedication and passion, Quinta Vale D. Maria has been the origin of unique wines, whose quality is recognized nationally and internationally.
