Full-bodied and complex, with smooth tannins, medium acidity and a long finish. Aged for 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. Bottled at the domaine. Drinking well now and will cellar through 2030. Created by Philippe Garde in 2001, this 14-hectare domaine is in the village of Cosprons with parcels in the communes of Banyuls and Collioure. Certain parcels reach heights of 380m in altitude, while others touch the coast of the Méditerranean sea.
