The artist J. P. Morante (1882-1960) was a famous French sculptor of the Art Deco style. He was best known for sculpting young ladies of the 20th century in dynamic poses. This high-quality bronze sculpture, produced using the lost-wax hot casting technique, is firmly mounted on a solid base of turned marble.
