Set of two original Zippo lighters from 1991 (date code VII), featuring the “Pointer Dog” emblem. Both lighters are made of solid brass and were produced with a factory-applied aged antique finish, intentionally designed by Zippo to create a rustic, vintage appearance already at the time of manufacture. One lighter has a warm aged brass tone, while the other shows a distinctive greenish aged/patinated finish. This contrast was intentionally created and results in a highly attractive and characterful pair. These finishes are original factory finishes and not the result of later oxidation, corrosion, or post-production ageing. Both Zippos are New Old Stock, unused, with correct bottom stamps, and are presented in individual original Zippo metal gift boxes. A very appealing set for collectors of Zippo lighters, especially those interested in dog-themed designs, factory-aged brass models, and early 1990s Zippo production.
