Obverse: Head of Apollo 3/4 facing slightly to right.
Reverse: Rev. ΒΑΣΙ ΑΝΤΙ Tripod; Σ to outer left, anchor in exergue.

Good very fine.
Very rare and apparently only the third known example, the first one sold by Obolos 15, lot 499 the second sold by Eid Mar Auction 5 lot 200.
