A complete set of ten beautiful floral lacquered lidded bowls. Each bowl is elegantly lacquered in cinnabar red on the outside, featuring a refined makie-lacquer design of melons 木瓜 (mokkô) rendered in dark silver, green, and subtle yellow accents. The interiors are finished in a smooth black lacquer. Period: Japan – Taishô period (1912-1926). Dimensions: Height 8 cm, Diameter 15 cm. In very good condition.
