The case is gold lacquered brass. Bright dial is covered with an acrylic crystal. The hands have painted fluorescent material. The brass is very aged and gold lacquer scuffed and marked. It gives an impression it made many travels. There is a sliding button for the alarm switching and a rotating wheel on the side of the case for setting the alarm hand.
