Beautiful upper jaw molar from the extinct Forest Rhino "Stephanorhinus kirchbergensis".
In comparison to it's cousin, the Woolly Rhino, the Forest Rhino was an older and larger species, and it's remains are much, much more rare.
This tooth was recovered in the river Amur, near to the city Heihe in China, next to the Russian border.
These teeth are rarely offered on the market.
