Very rare to find wooden ancestoral figurine from the west of Ethiopia. Carved by a Dinka artist in a very beautiful way. This female figure has an elaborate pointed hairdo and has her arms folded in front of the body. The lower part of the body has been stylised into a flat base, making it easy to place on an ancestoral altar. Light dent on the nose, due to its use.
Height; 20 cm. Collected in West-Ethiopia in the 1990`s.
