Two, well-used small stick-stools, used in households of the Lobi community. The smaller darker stool has this stick-design very clearly with the 2-legged stool ending in a stick. Nick polished surface, due to its long use. Hardwood, with a lenght of 40 cm. The stool made of lighter, softer, wood has a 2-legged design with an ending in a stylised head (see the "eyes" made of concentric circles). Very nice concentric and geometric decorations on the back. This kind of stool is quite rare to find with the Lobi. lenght; 53 cm. Both stools were collected in situ in the 1990`s.
