Elaboration: It remains between 6 and 8 months in tanks where it undergoes fermentation. It is racked into 225-litre semi-used American oak barrels where it is aged for 24 months. It is kept for a minimum of 12 months in bottle racks in the cellar's cellars before being marketed.
