– 我们的资料与产品 –

我们提供手工制作的广告牌，可用作时尚的墙面装饰、送给他人的贴心礼物，或是你资金的一笔宝贵投资。
我们档案中的所有物品均以铁与釉料打造，烧制温度为750-850°C。
当我们不能百分百确定标牌为原作时，我们将其归类为2020+系列中的复制品/仿制品，以避免日后产生任何问题或争议。

– 打包过程 –
首先，对标牌进行WD-40润滑处理，以防止潜在损坏，同时也能让生锈的斑点看起来更好（更深色）。
随后，我们所有的产品都使用多层保护材料进行仔细包装，以尽量降低运输过程中的损坏风险。

– 运输 –
我们在购买后1-2个工作日内通过FedEx发货。
预计送达时间：欧洲：2-7天 | 美洲：3-9天 | 非洲、亚洲、澳大利亚：4-11天。
建议您定期查看追踪号码以随时了解货物状态。
如果包裹无法投递，我们将与您联系，请务必回复。否则，包裹将退回给我们，您将被收取相关费用。随后您将获得剩余金额的退款。
请勿签收明显损坏的包裹。如发生此情况，请立即与我们联系。我们确保在运输过程中产品不再产生额外损坏。
若FedEx丢失包裹，您将获得全额退款。

– 海关与关税 –
若您居住在欧盟之外，则在FedEx与您联系后，您需自行承担相关关税。
若您居住在美国，则很可能不需要支付额外关税。我们的产品在HTS/HS编码下归类为8310.00.00.00。请向当地主管部门核实，我们对该信息不承担责任。

– 退货 –
我们在收到包裹后60天内接受退货。
您需负责将物品打包至与我们发货时同样的精确程度，并承担全部返回我们仓库的运费。

相机可能无法摄录所有细小划痕、污迹或颜色色调差异。尺寸公差可达1厘米。
