Natural (no restorations and/or treatments) megalodon tooth with a complete root and intact serrated edges and bourlette. Only the tip is slightly worn as can be seen on the photos. Origin: Deltaville, Virginia (Chesapeake Bay) St. Mary's Formation (US). Geological period: Middle-Late Miocene Species: Carcharocles Megalodon Approximate dimensions: Height: 20 mm Width: 76 mm Length (longest side): 105 mm (4.1 inches) NOTE: the stand is not included (but these deserve a more beautiful stand anyway).
