It remains for 12 months in deposits to finish malolactic fermentation and rest before being raised in wood. The wine matures for 36 months in semi-new barrels of 225 litres, 70% American oak and 30% French. According to the harvest, it is allowed to rest for between 36 and 60 months in the bottlers of the winery's dees before being commercialised.
