Flor de Pingus 2022 – Spain, Ribera del Duero A refined expression of Dominio de Pingus’s village-level wine, made primarily from Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) with a touch of Garnacha sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards around La Horra and Olmedillo. The 2022 vintage saw early harvest and attention to freshness to balance the warm growing season. The wine is fermented by parcel and aged for about 18 months in French oak, approximately 20 % new, giving structure without overwhelming the fruit.  Tasting profile (2022): Clear dark cherry and red fruit aromas with spice, lightly toasted oak and subtle floral hints. The palate is elegant but focused, showing juicy fruit and fine-grained tannins with balanced acidity and a finish that is fresh and poised for evolution.
