Tasting Notes Nose : An abundance of pear, vanilla pods, green apple and walnut. Palate : Creamy, with sweet summer Speyside barley, butterscotch and new wood. Finish : Medium-long with a bourbon, toffee ice cream and crème brûlée quality.
