These are Daikokuten and Ebisuten from the Edo period, approximately 150-200 years ago.
There are Chinese characters written on the bottom of Ebisuten, but the details are unknown.
In the late Edo period, Ebisuten and Daikokuten became firmly established as ornaments in popular culture, and these statues are thought to date from around that time.
"Daikokuten" is a deity associated with bountiful harvests and business prosperity in Japan.
He is characterized by his broad smile and flat cap.
