A magnificent pair of antique ornamental vases, richly decorated with floral motifs, medallions, and reclining panthers on the handles. The vases are made of bronze-coloured spelter and are mounted on round wooden bases. Dimensions: 48 x 17 x 14 cm (each) Total weight: 4.2 kg Origin: France. Period: circa 1900. Condition: a crack in one of the wooden bases has been restored. Overall in good condition with normal wear to age (see images). A highly decorative and eye-catching pair.
