This lot features an antique Japanese Kutani ware (九谷焼) flower arrangement vase, bearing the Ginzan (銀山) mark. The vase is decorated with an elegant and colorful floral motif, executed in rich overglaze enamels typical of Kutani ware, including fine line work and soft shading. The vessel has a well-balanced rounded form with a wide mouth, suitable for ikebana or as a decorative display piece. The rim is finished with a thin gilt accent, adding refinement to the overall appearance. The vase has been stored for a long period and shows natural signs of age. A noticeable scratch is present on the base, and there are minor scratches and light dirt consistent with long-term storage. The wooden box and accompanying wooden plaque are original but show visible wear and scratches. Despite these condition issues, this is an attractive example of Shōwa-period Kutani ware, appealing to collectors of Japanese ceramics, floral porcelain, and traditional decorative arts. Condition Fair to Good There is a visible scratch on the base (please see photos). Due to long-term storage, there are minor scratches, small areas of dirt, and age-related wear.
