Set of two square dining tables designed by Ettore Sottsass for Zanotta, model Filicudi, produced in Italy circa 1990s. Each table features a square laminated tabletop with a geometric blue pattern and a white laminated underside. The tables stand on four solid wooden tapered legs with characteristic rounded mounts, connected through traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, reflecting Zanotta’s high production quality. Dimensions (each table):
128 × 128 cm, height 73.5 cm. Condition: good vintage condition with minor signs of use consistent with age. Structurally solid and stable. Provenance: acquired in the late 1990s from a design store in Ghent, Belgium. A strong and graphic example of Italian postmodern design. Offered as a matching set of two identical tables.
