It is a Belgian dark strong ale with a subtle stout touch. Saw the light of day for the first time in 2003 and has been in the Top 100 of the best beers in the world since 2004. - Rio Reserva, Alc. Vol. 10.5% Abv This Belgian quadruple blonde ale boasts exceptional aromatic potential, enriched with great complexity thanks to its aging in oak barrels. The initial aging took place in Saint-Émilion oak wine barrels from Tour Baladoz. We then opted for Kentucky bourbon barrels. This beer was brewed in collaboration with master brewer Ryohei Sugawara of Rio Brewing & Co Japan. - Cuvee Delphine, Alc. First saw the light of day in 2008, as Black Albert matured in bourbon barrels from Kentucky USA. - Blue Monk, Alc.Vol. 9,5% Abv Blue Monk is a dark brown light smoked Belgian Strong ale. Four years ago we released the Reserva version, then aged in Margaux oak barrels from the French Bordeaux region. This time we decided to bring the beer to drink after three months of maturation in tank because of its energetic and beautiful taste sensations. -Clash Of The Titans Reserva, Alc.Vol. 12% Abv One of our greatest collaborations of all time. Quadruple blonde initialement houblonnée, titrant à 12 % vol. et à 26° Plato, vieillie un an en fûts de chêne bordelais ayant contenu du vin suisse. - Sargasso, Alc.Vol. 11% Abv Sargasso, is a brown saison that matured on rum barrels of Marie Galante from the Caribbean. These barrels were delivered to us with the sailing ship “Très Hombres”. -Robert The Great, Alc.Vol. 10,5% Abv Russian Imperial Stout, maturation on wooden Port Barrels.
