The shallow circular bowl stands on a raised cylindrical foot and is fitted with a molded pouring spout forming a flat handle, with a small applied suspension loop beneath. The interior is painted in underglaze cobalt blue with a central decoration of ducks and birds amidst flowering scrolls, encircled by a continuous border of stylized cloud motifs.
