Vintage early 1950s Steiff Micki Hedgehog Doll with Original ID & Accessories ​An early production of Micki, the hedgehog matriarch and beloved wife of Mecki, the mascot for the German magazine Hörzu. This version is a 1st-generation design, identified by its early-1950s material composition. Complete original clothings and the the original Steiff paper chest tag. ​Dimensions: ​Height: ca 26-28 cm ​Width: ca 19 cm ​Depth: ca 9 cm ​Weight: 261 g Micki is made with a hand-painted rubber-vinyl head and signature "wild" mohair hair. This model features a harder facial texture and felt soles, which are indicators of Steiff's early production. She is dressed in an original outfit consisting of a blue and red checkered one-piece dress, a white apron (bearing her identification tag), a brown felt vest, and a matching scarf. ​Condition: The rubber face shows some "cracks," but is structurally sound.
