賣家描述
1. Carbonaceous (CK3, S2) NWA 14596 - weight 0.5 grams
Classification: Moderately Weathered. Chondrule olivine variability and matrix olivine equilibration as well as magnetite compositions all fit criteria of CK. Cr2O3 content between 2 and 3 wt% indicates CK3.
2. Ureilite (unclassified yet) - weight 1.93 grams
3. Pallasite Main Group (NWA 17921) - 1.60 grams
Classification: Pallasite (main group). The sample is dominated by rounded to subrounded olivine crystals, surrounded and permeated by a network of metal completely altered to FeOH. Sulfide are also observed.
4. H4 Chondrite (NWA 17760) - 1.88 grams
Ordinary chondrite, H4. Optical and microprobe examination of a polished thin section shows a variety of sharply defined chondrules. Average chondrule size 0.5±0.3 mm (n=111). Strong oxidation of metal, troilite shows minor alteration. Olivine shows sharp extinction with angular variation.
5. Ordinary Chondrite, L3-6 Regolith Breccia (NWA 869) - 3.49 grams
Because NWA 869 contains unequilibrated clasts, its classification is revised to L3-6.
All meteorites shown in the pictures are the actual ones you will receive together with the display stand shown in the first picture. I am a member of the Meteoritical Society (#7743) and have been collecting meteorites for over 15 years.
