A curated three-piece collection of Japanese Seto ware from the Shōwa period (1970–1980).
The set includes a stoneware tea bowl, a Kiseto-glazed yunomi with iron drip decoration by Taizan, and a tall faceted flower vase by Kato Shuntei II.
Each work reflects the restrained aesthetics and natural kiln effects characteristic of Seto ceramics. All pieces come with their original wooden tomobako.

Artist Profile
Seto ware is one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns, with a long tradition of stoneware production. The included works represent modern interpretations of this heritage, emphasizing natural glaze movement, surface texture, and balanced form. Kiseto glazing and iron decoration are hallmark techniques within the Mino-Seto ceramic tradition.
