Made from wood and finished in vermilion lacquer, the containers feature an elegant ribbed surface texture that enhances both grip and visual appeal. A Go board is not included. The set includes 160 black stones and 180 white stones. (A standard set contains 181 black and 180 white.) The rounded, low-profile silhouette is characteristic of classic Go containers designed to complement the refined aesthetic of traditional gameplay. Signs of age and use are present throughout the set. Surface scratches, small dents, lacquer wear and small chips can be seen on both the containers and lids. Paper remnants from previously removed labels remain attached to the underside of the lids. Some of the stones also show small chips along the edges. Please refer to the photos for details.
