This unique single malt is inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Ethiopia is said to be the birthplace of coffee, as the Arabica bean was the first type of coffee to be grown.

THE PROCESS

The Harmony collection was born from the fusion of our inherent curiosity with our principles of innovation and creativity. Macallan whisky maker Steven Bremner immersed himself in the art of coffee, exploring the process from field to cup and discovering the different flavour profiles at each stage.
