SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTIES

● VAT, customs, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility (varies by country).
● Buyers from France & Portugal may require a customs broker.
● Cancellation/Withdrawal/ Returns: If you win the auction and then decide to cancel or
withdraw, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and return import duties incurred
by the seller. Please note that VAT all shipping fees and customs fees will not be
refunded.
● Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original shipping
condition with all tags attached. The item must not be altered or damaged in any way. All
paperwork and the gift box must be included and in new condition. Once we receive the
returned items, your payment will be refunded. Please email us for return instructions
before sending the merchandise back.
● How does the buyer pay VAT? It’s very easy. The buyer pays the VAT directly to the
courier company. Important: The VAT is not included in the price of the item as it’s
based on your country's law. Don’t worry, we will guide you. It's a really easy process, and
the courier company does most of the work for you.
