This is the poster for a project we did with Shepard Fairey in Miami during Art Basel Miami (2009). Beautiful Losers founder Christian Strike started an experimental gallery called Country Club that operated from 2008 to 2012 in a historic, Rudolph Schindler home in Los Angeles called the Buck House (1934). Country club projects also did many projects outside of the space and this is one of them. This is 17 years old. The Public Works was a public mural by Fairey right in the middle of the arts district in Miami. We worked in collaboration with the Miami Art Museum, and there was a Fairey installation on the grounds of the museum as well.
