The silver MIST chandelier is a futuristic composition made of steel mesh with an irregular, organic form that hovers in space like a cloud. Soft light diffuses through the mesh structure, enveloping the space and creating a spectacular play of light and shadow.

The chandelier floats in space on thin cables, resembling a sunlit cloud. Crafted from stainless steel mesh with a thick weave, the chandelier boasts a characteristic structure that softly diffuses light across its surface, reflecting light into the room.

Similar to other Gie El products, MIST chandeliers are handcrafted on a small scale in Poland. This approach ensures each piece is unique and unparalleled, connecting them all through craftsmanship and the emotions of the creators.

The collection using steel mesh is the brainchild of the design duo Maria and Jacek Rypuła. “We opted for woven mesh, captivated by its charm and plasticity. It’s a material with incredible potential that grants designers the opportunity for creative work. We were enchanted by how we could shape and work on its form. The theatrical illumination of the mesh is the distinctive feature of the MIST lamp. The interplay of light and shadow in this product is remarkable. Light emerges from within, gently spreading across the mesh’s surface, delicately illuminating the space.”
