Italian Red Coral, specifically Corallium rubrum from the Mediterranean, symbolizes powerful protection against the "evil eye" (malocchio), good luck, and fertility. Known as "Red Gold," it is commonly fashioned into the cornicello (horn) amulet to promote health, ward off negativity, and bring prosperity, often gifted to children.
