Only in exceptional years is this wine bottled, and depending on the year, it is bottled under the name Vinha do Fojo or, if it has sublime quality, as Fojo. Always and exclusively from the same vineyard, an old vineyard with mixed grape varieties. These are wines of great longevity produced in the traditional way, in lagares with foot treading. We work with total respect for the vine and its fruit, without oenological practices that manipulate the final result and that distance the wine from its origin: the vine. Being one of the vineyards with exceptional terroir and care, it is among the top 5 best wines of the Douro.
