Created by cellar master Lorena Vásquez, the Zacapa rum "La Doma" is selected from a variety of reserve rums aged between 6 and 24 years with very different characteristics. It is then double-aged in old Bourbon casks.

Nose: Sweet, fruity, sugar cane, pineapple, bananas.

No. 2 - El Alma - The Soul Cask - American Whisky casks
This limited edition is a blend of the most diverse rums of different ages and profiles. It received its second maturation in charred American ex-whisky casks. This process gives the rum these intense toasted notes and resembles its volcanic environment.
Color: Rich gold.
Nose: Toasted almonds, cinnamon, toffee.
Taste: Sweet, cinnamon, toffee.
Finish: Long lasting.
No. 3 - La Armonia - The Harmony Cask - Oloroso Sherry casks
Master blender Lorena Vásquez succeeded in reflecting the breathtaking volcanic landscape as well as the microclimate of Guatemala in this edition. The tropical climate provides the ideal conditions for the sugar cane from which Zacapa is made. The juice obtained from the first pressing is used as raw material. Maturation takes place 2,300 meters above sea level so that the full aroma potential can unfold in the "house above the clouds". This Ron Zacapa receives its finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
Color: Dark amber.
Nose: Fruity of ripe berries, pecans.
Palate: Fruity, hints of red berries, nutty aromas.
Finish: Long lasting.

The 4th release from Zacapa's "Heavenly Cask Collection" is the Ron Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera La Pasión and is matured in ex-American whiskey, charred American whiskey and ex-Oloroso sherry casks before receiving a special finish in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The Ron Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera La Pasión is a representation of this tradition and offers connoisseurs a unique taste experience.
