古埃及的复制品 孟卡拉王的三神像
➜ A finely crafted stone replica of the iconic Menkaure Triad, inspired by the famous Old Kingdom masterpieces discovered in the Giza Valley Temple. This set features the central three-dimensional sculpture and a detailed accompanying stela/tablet with polychrome hieroglyphics.
The Sculpture (The Triad)
The main piece depicts the Pharaoh Menkaure (builder of the third pyramid at Giza) standing centrally. He wears the White Crown of Upper Egypt (Hedjet), the traditional pleated shendyt kilt, and holds the ceremonial cylinders.
Left: The goddess Hathor, identified by her sun disk and cow horns, symbolizing motherhood and joy.
Right: A personification of an Egyptian Nome (province), typically shown wearing a standard on her head representing a specific region of Egypt.
The figures are carved in high relief against a dark back-pillar, mimicking the basalt or schist used in the original Fourth Dynasty antiques. The hand-painted accents (red-ochre for male skin, yellow/cream for female skin, and blue/green for jewelry) provide a vibrant, "excavated" aesthetic.
The Tablet (Reverse/Side Panel)
The set includes a flat stone panel featuring a seated depiction of the Pharaoh receiving offerings or blessings. The panel is densely inscribed with golden hieroglyphics, including the royal cartouches and traditional formulaic prayers.
