中國清朝的嘉慶皇帝是承繼康熙乾隆盛世及爾後鴉片戰爭而衰敗的一位皇帝，他懲治貪污，勤奮圖治，但用人不彰沒有做出利民的實政功績，在位期間發生數次宗教民變，因此清朝在嘉慶後進入衰敗。但嘉慶皇帝在台灣因為有許多改編故事，因此影劇作品很多，是一位很有名的皇帝。而光緒皇帝在位期間由慈禧太后把持朝政，經歷諸多民生災害、戊戌變法失敗、洋人勢力介入中國、日本開始侵入等，中國國力衰弱，光緒帝在38歲時即去世。雖然國家衰弱，但光緒帝的幣很漂亮，在鑄幣上選擇了較小型的幣樣，尤其光緒有些版式是較其他皇帝罕見的，價格也較為昂貴。

The Jiaqing Emperor of the Qing Dynasty was a ruler who succeeded the prosperous reigns of Kangxi and Qianlong but presided over a decline following the Opium War. He punished corruption and diligently worked to govern, yet his choice of officials did not produce effective policies for the people's benefit. During his reign, several religious and civilian uprisings occurred, leading to a period of decline for the Qing Dynasty after Jiaqing. However, the Jiaqing Emperor became very famous in Taiwan due to many adapted stories, and therefore he appears in numerous film and television works. During Emperor Guangxu's reign, Empress Dowager Cixi controlled the government. The period saw many disasters affecting people's livelihoods, the failure of the Hundred Days' Reform, foreign intervention in China, and the beginning of Japanese aggression. China's national strength weakened, and Emperor Guangxu died at the age of 38. Although the country was weakened, Guangxu's coins are very beautiful. He chose relatively smaller coin designs, and some of Guangxu's patterns are rarer than those of other emperors, making them more expensive.
