This series faithfully revives the aesthetic of Oris’s first diver’s watch from 1965, seamlessly blending mid-century charm with modern engineering. This particular model features a classic black dial housed in a robust stainless steel case. It captures the spirit of the original with a domed sapphire crystal—evoking the look of vintage acrylic—while offering superior scratch resistance. Inside beats the reliable 26-jewel Cal. 733 movement, featuring Oris’s signature "Red Rotor." The dial design is clean and functional, featuring luminous indices, pencil hands, and a practical date window at the 3 o’clock position. The aged texture of the lume provides an immediate sense of character, as if it has been a personal favorite for decades. With a case diameter of 41.5mm and a slim profile of just 13mm, this watch strikes the perfect balance between presence and comfort. [Condition, Flaws, and Accessories] Dial: In excellent condition with no visible damage. Case & Case Back: Shows some light surface scuffs and minor scratches consistent with gentle use. Engravings remain sharp and legible. Crystal: A minor scratch is present near the 3 o’clock position. Bracelet: The stainless steel bracelet features the Oris logo on the clasp. While it shows signs of wear and surface scratches, it remains fully functional and ready for use. Operation: Features a unidirectional rotating bezel and a screw-down crown. After unscrewing the crown, the first position adjusts the date, and the second position adjusts the time (includes hacking seconds function). Accessories: Includes the original box (shows some signs of aging/deterioration), manual, booklet, an additional Oris leather strap (marked "Cuir Veritable" / used condition), three spare links, and the original hangtag.
