Bibi Graetz's Testamatta is a red wine of great finesse and elegance obtained from Sangiovese grapes, coming from the hills of Fiesole, north of Florence. It has a luminous ruby red and expresses notes of cherry and black cherry on the nose, framed by scents of virgin tobacco, leather and cloves. At the sip it is of great complexity and harmony, with a citrus freshness and soft and defined tannins that lengthen in a persistent aromatic finish of blood orange.
