Clase Azul Tequila Reposado is a reposado tequila aged for 6 months in American whiskey barrels. This tequila is crafted from blue agave grown at one of the highest points in Jalisco, aged between 6 and 8 years. After harvesting, the fully organic agave is transferred to traditional masonry ovens, where it is cooked for 72 hours to bring out the most characteristic aromas and flavors of the fruit. The plant's core is then crushed to extract the juice, initiating fermentation with the brand's patented yeast. Clase Azul Tequila Reposado undergoes double distillation, utilizing the heart of the distillation while discarding both the heads and tails. This meticulous process ensures the drink's quality.
