Rare and remarkable deep emerald green crystal vase with wide flared rim, entirely hand-cut with virtuoso decoration combining geometric motifs (diamonds and stars), palmettes and vertical fluting. The upper rim features a fine sawtooth decoration. Numbered 30/75 and signed in the mass “X Crespo 1994”, this creation belongs to a limited edition produced in 1994 by Xavier Crespo, longtime master cutter and workshop head at Val Saint Lambert. Crespo is renowned for his exceptional expertise in crystal cutting and for signing some of the most accomplished pieces of the manufacture in the late 20th century.
Excellent condition. No cracks, chips or significant wear. Some very light internal limescale traces, barely visible. Weight 2100 g. Dimensions: height approx. 22 cm, maximum width approx. 17 cm, collar diameter and base diameter approx. 10.5 cm.
