“Carved from a single solid log, this piece has the weight and presence of something ancient. The top surface preserves the full end-grain of the timber, with growth rings, natural checking, and fine radial cracking that speak directly to the age of the material. The base is hewn with deliberate, faceted tool work that gives the piece a raw, almost geological character.

There is nothing refined about it, and that is precisely the point. It sits with complete confidence, grounded and unhurried, the kind of object that makes everything around it look more considered.
